Raw food with an Asian flair

The husband and I love all kinds of Asian food.  Chinese and Thai restaurants are not exactly raw friendly, and I usually leave feeling heavy and stuffed.  Lisa, at Raw on $10 a Day (or Less), has an amazing recipe for raw Chinese style food!  Check out her delicious meal of marinated broccoli and mushrooms.  Without a dehydrator, this meal is very crunchy.  Dehydrating for an hour or two gives the broccoli and mushrooms an almost cooked texture but keeps the healthy enzymes intact.
