Simplicity is delicious!

Two of my favorite things to eat are sunflower greens and pomegranate seeds.  Put ’em together and it makes a refreshing and deliciously raw salad (no dressing needed!).   Sunflower greens are just baby sunflower plants that can easily be grown on your window sill.  These little guys are packed with protein.  And pomegranates… you’ve probably heard that those little seeds can do great things for your body.  The antioxidants and various vitamins found inside each juicy seed are attributed to improving immune systems and reducing the risks of certain cancers and heart disease.  Unsure of how to cut a pomegranate?  Read all about it here.  Happy eating!
